Stop at any stage. Here is what it costs.
Every Teasing Media package runs in stages, and payment follows them. This page sets out the deposit, what each stage costs, what you get back if you cancel, how revision rounds are counted, and what happens if the studio cannot deliver.
TC 05:00:01:00Deposit and payment
Sending the booking form costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The first payment is a deposit of half the package price, plus half of any extras you chose, requested by a secure payment link only once you approve the beat sheet. The balance is requested when you sign off the final cut, and the masters are released when it clears. All amounts are in pounds sterling.

TC 05:00:06:10Cancelling at each stage
- Before you approve the beat sheet. Nothing has been paid, so nothing is owed. Tell us by email and the booking is closed.
- After approval, before the rough cut is sent. We refund half of the deposit — a quarter of the package price — and keep the other half for the planning and file preparation already done. You keep the beat sheet.
- After the rough cut is sent, before the final cut is signed off. The deposit is kept and the balance is not charged. You receive the rough cut or latest revision as a watermarked review file.
- After you sign off the final cut. The work is complete, so the balance is due and no refund applies. The masters are released on payment.
Any money owed back is returned to whichever card or account paid the deposit, within ten working days of your cancellation email. A cancellation counts from the time your email reaches [email protected].
TC 05:00:11:02Revision limits
Every package includes two revision rounds. A round is one consolidated set of notes on one cut. Further rounds are £120 each, agreed by email before we start them, and add two working days. Fixes of an obvious mistake on the studio's side do not count as a round. A note that changes the brief — a new length, a new reveal, material that was not supplied at the start — is treated as a new beat sheet, which we will quote before acting on it.
TC 05:00:15:18If the studio cannot deliver
If the studio has to cancel — through illness, an equipment failure, or because the material turns out not to support the package after all — you receive a full refund of everything paid for stages not delivered, within ten working days, together with any work in progress. If we will miss a turnaround we promised, you hear it as soon as we know, and you may cancel at that point with a full refund of the deposit if no rough cut has been sent. Nothing on this page reduces any right you have under the consumer law of England and Wales.
